THE SMA 21 SCANFOX A flatbed colour scan and colour copy system offering scan to PC or direct copy to printer for documents up to A2/A1. The SMA 21 ScanFox is a freestanding station based on SMA technology incorporating an automated book cradle. The device is extremely simple to use wherever digital replication of books and documents is required. The speed with which the SMA 21 ScanFox scans documents is astounding. It takes only 2 seconds to scan a DIN A2 size document at an optical resolution of 300 dpi and 24 bit colour depth, so-called "true colour". After 5 seconds in total the image file with a size of approximately 100 Mbytes is compressed and available for preview in the browser window. To simplify user control, including all parameter setting, a standard web browser is used. |
